Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by what I hear on the news, and I know many of you feel the same way. It can be challenging to stop and focus on what you’re grateful for, but when I do I always feel better.

This Thursday is the Thanksgiving holiday in the US. I thought it was a great time to share my gratitudes.

First, thank you for being part of The Lefkoe Institute Family.

I am so grateful for all of your amazing notes of gratitude telling us how much our work has meant to you.

I am grateful to all of you who have trusted me to work with you so I can do what I love doing most.

I am grateful to those of you who read our blogs, joined our programs, and read Morty’s book Re-Create Your Life.

I am grateful to all of the podcasters and summit hosts who interviewed me this year. You helped us deliver our message to thousands of people who will now be free to live lives they dream of.

I am immeasurably grateful to Rodney, Letha, and Amy for all they do to help us impact peoples’ lives. I am grateful to Vlad, who has stepped up to help us grow, and to Vahan, who is writing a book with me to help entrepreneurs live better lives. To all of our trainers and facilitators — Lianne, Sabina, Marie, and Beatrice — I am grateful that you have joined our family and will continue to have the experience of helping people change their lives.

And lastly, to the creator of the Lefkoe Method. I am grateful that my beloved Morty Lefkoe walked this earth and decided to share his journey with me. And to our girls, who we raised together and who continue to bring me immeasurable joy.

May you have so much to be grateful for this year and always. Please stop and take a minute to let those you are grateful for know it. It really makes a difference.

With so much love,
