    Hi Morty,

I tried your method with one of your Facilitators. I really liked the Facilitator and appreciated his efforts. However, the process did absolutely nothing for me. I was skeptical in the beginning, but was willing to put my skepticism aside and keep an open mind as I really wanted to eliminate my fear of public speaking. It’s as if the Facilitator kept trying to get me to find something that my parents disapproved of or a way that my parents acted that made me feel like “I’m not good enough,” or “I’m not important enough,” etc. I understand what he was trying to do as I’d done some research on your method and tried the free belief elimination online. (That did nothing for me either, but I’d hoped a live person would be able to do more.) I have to admit, it seems like a pretty ineffective, one-size-fits all method — almost a hoax. The only thing that keeps me from calling it a full-blown hoax is that you (I spoke to you once on the phone) and the Facilitator both seemed to genuinely care and you refunded my money. Also, the Facilitator suggested some other forms of therapy that I’m researching now. Oh well, hopefully your method really did help someone.

      Rachael,

You have to keep trying. I had a hard time trying to get rid of the natural confidence beliefs, I literally tried like 10 to 20 times to get rid of it, and it didn’t work. But that experience helped me to notice what step I was messing up, and when I corrected it, the process work easily. And I got rid of all the natural confidence beliefs in like a day. And now I feel better than ever. But if I would have stopped trying I wouldn’t be feeling like this and certainly wouldn’t be here replying this to you. Good luck and I hope you keep trying because the payoff will change your life.

      Hi Rachel,

Sorry to hear that The Lefkoe Method did not help you get rid of your fear of public speaking. Because we have an unconditional guarantee, we know that about 8% of those who try it (about 4,000 so far) ask for refunds and most of the rest get rid of their fear. It doesn’t mean you did anything wrong; it just means that TLM works for most but not all people.

Again, I’m sorry we could not help you and I truly hope that you find some other technique to help you.

      Love, Morty

    Hi Morty,

First, I’d like to tell you this : Your processess are gold. I just eliminated the belief I’m not likeable and I’m not loveable. It’s made a difference in my life. I’m speaking up more. I’m saying what I want. I speak my mind more freely then before in my life. I’m actually quite funny and confident and I never knew I had it in me. It also feels natural. I didn’t fear being touchy, feely with people. I’m okay !

What I would like to learn about is approval seeking. All the different types of approval seeking. I have that and many other fears. When I do something and people like it or have a really positive response to me, it’s like a tape that cannot stop playing in my head over and over and I become distracted.

    Thanks for everything Morty,

      Hi Ray,

Thanks for your interest in our work. Glad to hear it is helping.

The beliefs and conditionings in the Natural Confidence program help most people get rid of a concern with the opinions of others.

My issue seems to be a fear of success. My aunt used to joke about having this malady herself, but I think I really do. It’s almost like, if I don’t have something to worry over and fear, then something important is missing. And it doesn’t matter what it is. As my interests change, so does the feeling when participating in them. It’s like I care too much. Intellectually, I know I would be much happier not worrying and fearing at all, but whatever I get excited about and want to do, I end up fearing. Self-sabotage? I am struggling through these things one issue at a time forcing myself to confront what scares me. There must be an easier way tho, right?

Thanks for the wonderful blogs. My one question is is there something from our past lives that hinders our progress in our current lives.and if there is such a thing how can it be rectified.

    Hi Morty,

how often do we have to do the de-conditining process?
As I understand the recording of the 4 conditionings one time should work. When I imagine an applicaple situation I still have the same feelings – so why didn`t it work? That`s my questions :)

What would I like to know? Of the list you gave, these are the topics I am most interested in: “Change” My life hasn’t been “moving” in over thirty years.
I’ve basically isolated myself in whatever apartment, in whatever city, and have paid dearly because of it — I changed from the damaged young woman I was in college– with many friends, to having almost no friends, or friends NOT in the area, but on line, with many problems that keep us from true intimacy, trust and an all around positive experience. “Self Esteem” I function (or don’t function) on the bottom line premise that I am worthless, and all of my other beliefs of myself spawn from that premise. I always negatively assume others think I’m too much trouble, I think they’re always angry at me, and I overall pull them down with negativity, which I know to be at least partly true. Especially when someone tells you so. AND. “Relationships.” I lost the one true love of my life because I hadn’t faced my own trauma and behavioral problems enough, though I have tried for years in therapy and programs such as DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy.) It doesn’t seem to matter what I do, practice, try to change my behavior by sheer will and FORCE and then become resentful and angry for trying so hard and failing over and over and over again.

    Hi Morty,

How are you? I want to know how can you become a lefkoe method facilitator? Can you only become one when you need more?
Also I would love to know more common sources of common beliefs (besides the ones that we all one that are in the NC program).

    Thank you!

I want to know how I can do this as business.

I want to be the one helping people make change and I want to make a decent living at it.

I don’t think it’s too much to ask.

I know you have courses to teach you how to do it, but is there any more support other than that?

    Morty,

I’d love to know how to determine my life purpose, without any influence from ideas given to me by my parents or society.

I have been feeling dissatisfied with my career for a long time and it has taken a toll in terms of advancement, economics, mood and health. I really feel that my current job is not what I am here to do.
Lately, this feeling has been growing in me that I *need* to start living on purpose. The role of cog in a machine is not for me!! But I don’t know what to do. If I knew I could put my work in, but I just don’t know what to do.
Also, as a corollary to all this, I need the courage to go for it!!

Thank you for your great service and I really hope you help me and others live true to ourselves wrt our purpose and our career as well.

    Hi Morty,

I have just recently begun using your process of dissolving occurings. Your video about the question “what if” causing occurings is what got my attention. Almost every time I use your process, it gets me to a place of peace where there was anxiety just beforehand.

I’m now noticing how very often my mind likes to imagine “what if?”. I imagine it regarding possible health issues, possible terrible things people may say to me, etc. But I also speculate “what if?” even in more innocuous ways like doing various hypothetical calculations about how much money I’d have if I invested various amounts at various interest rates over various time frames. This is despite having no immediate plans to do any such investments and no forseeable extra source of money to do it with. It is such a waste of my time. Yet I find again and again that my mind seems to have a fascination with imagining “what if”.

Do you have any insight in how to quell the mind’s habit of falling into the “what if” trap so often?

Thank you for your amazing work,
    Clay

      Clay,

Awaiting Morty’s answer here’s my 2c about this.

Whenever I find myself falling into the “what if” trap, I step back and think something like:
How much will my speculating about something I can’t know until it happens really influence what will happen when/if it really happens?
E.g: say I’m afraid an airplane will crash. Sitting in the plane, how much will my speculation about it really help when/if it really happens.

      Thanks,
      Claes

    Hi Morty,

thank you for the wonderful blog posts and the other free resources that you offer to help people improve their lives.

I have been interested in your work ever since I was referred to your website in early October of 2012, and I am currently working through your Natural Confidence program. You seem very genuine and sincere in all your efforts to help others eliminate their negative beliefs and occurrings, and your work inspires in me a renewed faith in humanity!

As for the content I’d like to see, I’m not sure if you have already discussed this or not, but I would be very interested in learning about self-awareness. I would like to understand myself better and come to love myself more, and anything that achieved that end would be of interest to me. I would like to “get in touch” with my feelings, beliefs, motivations, desires, and fears in a deeper, more meaningful way.

    Thanks again.

    James.

    Hi Morty,

Is eliminating beliefs using the Lefkoe Method similar to EMDR(Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing)? I recently learned of EMDR and heard that it is a useful way to eliminate core beliefs quickly. If not, what are the differences?

Thanks again for all you do, I know you’re making a big difference.

Morty; You ‘deal’ with beliefs ‘after the fact’. Outstanding “remedial” work.
What/How ‘precipitates’ ‘believing’ some thoughts but not others?
You ‘eliminate’ beliefs or do you ‘stop the believing’ of some thoughts?
As a child, I was afraid of a bogyman under my bed or in the closet,(your right, I never did see one except in my head). When I ‘stopped” believing my image, I also stopped experiencing fear; I did not ‘eliminate’ the belief, (image). I can still recall the image without fearing it. I stress “believing”( the verb) not ‘beliefs’ (the noun). Everyone ‘believes’, but ‘what’ is believed varies.
“Believing” is ‘generic’, the images ‘believed’ are specific.
Please explain “believing”; I’ll take care of my specific images on my own.

    Dear Morty,

First off, I just want to say thank you for all the work you’ve done. It has really made a difference in my life!

I’ve recently overcome my emotional eating problems with the help of your de-conditioning process. However, I’ve noticed that I’ve been having a really hard time overcoming food temptations, like eating out etc. It only happens when I’m hungry now, (which is a lot better than it used to be) but it still has been causing me problems.

I’ve searched your website about overcoming temptations, but haven’t found anything so far. Since my emotional eating is gone, I feel like this is the last step before I can enjoy true health and fitness. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again Morty and have a good day!

    Ted

    Dear Morty,

Thank you so much for this opportunity.

My biggest challenge in life is the feeling of guilt. I find it very hard to go on with my life because of this guilt. I guess it is stuck in my energy. I want to raise my frequency and do wonderful things in my life but whenever I start to raise my frequency by reading you blog or read about Law of Attraction, I notice great things starting to manifest, but then this guilt feeling starts to consume my energy and my frequency declines. Some part of me starts telling me that I am guilty of doing somethings in my life and I have to go and confess about it to certain people. It happened in the past and I did a lot of confessing and by the time I confessed something, that part of me told me that now I have to confess another thing in order to go on with my life and if I don’t, bad things will happen, so before all, I must confess. And this goes on and on and on. Once I was diagnosed by obsessive compulsive syndrome and I had medication. My parents were divorced. I divorced too. I have to start making money and I have many good skills but this guilt and urge to confess is eating me up. I would appreciate it if you have something for me.

Thank you so much in advance,

    Gözde

I have a huge fear/phobia of being in enclosed spaces…ESPECIALLY flying…I feel panicked and it’s hard to contain my fear and negative thoughts. I also feel like this in elevators and other tight, enclosed areas. I also have a night time anxiety, which sometimes doesn’t allow me a good nights sleep. My thoughts are overrun – often. I have to fly because my family and friends live in a different country, and I used to be a travel agent! I relate it to a fear of going crazy or dying…especially if I am not nearby to a medical facility (i.e. in a plane!). I have to fly in July and August, on an 8 hour flight and am dreading it. How can I combat these fears before then?

    Hi Morty,

I appreciate all that you have done with your methods. I find them very helpful and just have started to begin.

My question is related to debt. I will be graduating this May 2013 and have desires to begin a business. I already have two job offers, which is great, but my heart is leading me elsewhere. I feel I am getting hung up on the idea of paying my loans back (45k). It feels daunting to imagine and I just want them out before embarking on a business venture.

Any advice to the way I am thinking, or what the underlying belief is that can be relieved? It is as if the student loan debt are the last coils holding me back from releasing my ambitions.

    Thanks again,

    Ben

I’m thankful for all the emails that I have been receiving even though at times I just don’t have time to read some, but those that I’m coming accross with are very useful and teaches me a lot about Life.
For now all I want to know from you is how I can turn my life on positively through fixing my mental capacity (tend to forget a lot), spiritual capabilities (God is not part of me), self-esteem and courage.

A method to cancel specific beliefs or conditioning not yet covered in your program.
For instance, after my father’s death (which hit me heavily emotionally at that time) I got allergy to pollen. So the conditioning goes like “spring and time of pollen floating around is the time to cry” (like “the bell ringing is the time to eat” for a Pavlov’s dog ;-) . How can I cancel this condition?
Other examples: eating eggs raises cholesterol, and high cholesterol leads to heart problems. Nutritional additives are bad. Lots of sugar is dangerous. The list is endless.

It’s how to improve the quality of other peoples lives I’m more interested in. That way we automatically help ourselves as well. Not many of us realise how much we have already to be grateful for. We’re rich compared to 90% of the worlds population.

how to find a true sense of purpose – to fill that inner void when we feel there should be more meaning in what we do … I know connecting with the present moment is an empowering way to find inner peace, however a sense of purpose is something which alludes me, even when being successful in, say, business. There’s always that nagging voice saying “there must be more”.

How to rise above such voices and just feel good. That would be awesome :-).

    Hi Morty,
I’m wondering if you have any idea how to dissolve chronic pain. My belief is that chronic stress leads to chronic pain as that is the only way I can explain why physical pain, in the absence of any disease, exits. I have also heard stories of people who have relieved a particular chronic pain, without trying to, once they got rid of a belief.

Thanks for all the great work you do and all your helpful articles.

      Hi Sylvia,

Here’s one thing that will help you for sure. If you go on this website https://subliminal-shop.com/categories/free-instant-downloads/ there will be a subliminal that will help you dissolve your chronic pain. It will probably work a few hours after you start. it.

The chronic pain subliminal is completely free and will definitely ease your pain.

The chonic pain reliever works like belief except this actually commands your brain to relieve the pain and aince it’s new technology in the way it’s built so your brain will quickly relieve pain. I think it acts one hour after you use it IF I remember corrctly from what I read from people’s results from the forum.

        Good luck !

    Hello Morty,

I admire you greatly, and I’m grateful for what you’ve taught me in the Freedom Course and the Belief Course. I don’t know if I’ll be able to solve my current issues once I take the second Belief Course, but I really hope so, because even though I know how to eliminate any belief and I no longer see meaning in events, I’m still stuck.

My basic problem is that I have a vision of how I want my life to be, that includes various attributes regarding money, health, relationships and personal behavioral traits that I want to have, but I just can’t seem to make it happen. Every day I try to find a solution, but I’m not even sure if I understand what the solution is.

Could you give me a tip or a principle that would guide me in finding the relevant beliefs that comprise a problem?
