Is your belief still gone?

Below are descriptions of what you might experience if you’ve eliminated any of the following beliefs:

I’m not good enough

Mistakes and failure are bad

I’m not important

I’m not good enough

If you went through the I’m not good enough video, look over the past few days or weeks and ask…

  • *Do you hold your head a little higher or do you feel a little more confident in general?”
  • “If you noticed a little critical voice before, has it quieted down at all?”
  • If you’ve disappointed someone or failed to meet another’s expectations, did you notice yourself feeling stronger than usual?”
  • If something didn’t work out the way you wanted it to, did you notice that the old ‘not good enough’ feeling was less than before … or even gone?”

If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, it’s likely because you did, in fact, unlearn the belief I’m not good enough.

  • Have you noticed that you’ve been more forgiving towards yourself for mistakes you make?

If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, it’s likely because you did in fact get rid of the belief Mistakes and failures are bad.
