I had an argument with my husband the other day. In the past I usually fumed, didn’t speak , felt hurt, or not listened to. Now, after using the Nat. Con. program, I felt different. Even though I was angry, the anger didn’t reach my core. In fact, I went away feeling strangely peaceful. I am hopeful The Occurring Process coming up will help me handle such situations by “nipping them in the bud” before they happen. Love and Light

Sorry you were having a difficult day. I’ve had many so I know how it feels. And now that I’ve eliminated so many beliefs and can give a different meaning to events, I don’t have such days any more.

Hi Morty Have been feeling extremely down today and crying all day (normally very upbeat and positive person). My brother is visiting our neck of the woods and I have always felt very rejected and unaccepted by him. I made the decision to be true to myself and not accept his aggressive and belligerent behaviour towards me, as a result I will not be seeing him at all on his visit. I am hurting big time today because I do love him. I also realise that I am completely putting my meaning onto his behaviour. We had an upbringing that was both good and then terrible (violent father). I am learning that my meaning of him rejecting me and not accepting me is just one interpretation and it is helping me to realise that. He felt a lot of pain when we were growing up too. Thank you for your posts and blogs.
